We recently purchased two wedding rings from this company and couldn't be happier. The communication throughout the entire process with the team was excellent - they would routinely update us with the status of our order, and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. The ring fitting process was great - it was not only accurate but also very nice to carry out at our own pace rather than e.g. surrounded by people in a shop. The rings themselves are beautiful, as was the packaging they arrived in, and everything was delivered without issue. If you're in the market for eco-friendly rings, I can't recommend this company enough!
