I'm going to echo some of the other reviews in that I was nervous about making such a large purchase to an online business, but those feelings were completely allayed when I was able to contact Mark about the granite inlay white gold ring. Mark was very responsive and put up with multiple annoying emails from myself about the design and sizing of the ring. This all culminated in the most special wedding ring for myself, that I could not be happier with. Especially as I can wear it knowing that it was ethically and responsibly made and panned for with local materials. Mark has even helped me with after service care information, and absolutely ensured that if I ever need rings made in the future, that I will be getting back in touch! We found Jacqueline and Edward whilst looking for wedding rings online and loved the look of all their rings and the ethos of what they do. We instantly knew they were who we wanted to purchase from. We had a specific request so got in touch with Mark and he replied quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. My partner wasn't completely sure of which ring he wanted and his sizing, and as we don't live too far from Mark's studio we arranged a visit. Absolutely over the moon with the beautiful wedding ring that Mark made for me. When I first saw my ring on his site I loved it, but felt like a wedding ring should be tried on in person in a shop rather than online. But nothing I found in shops compared to the photos I'd seen online of Mark's rings. From start to finish Mark made the whole process of buying a ring online an absolute dream with his excellent communication. The remote sizing process was ideal and when my ring arrived I was so thrilled with it. It was even more beautiful than I anticipated. From the Japanese river gold that was added to my ring to the fact it was made in Yorkshire and the tree planting initiative too there is so much sentiment within my beautiful ring. I'd never hesitate to recommend Jacqueline & Edward to anyone and I love that I get to wear it for the rest of my life!

If I could have given 10 stars I would have. As soon as I came across their website I decided my wedding ring would come from there. Not only because I liked the rings, but mainly because I liked the mindset that came with them. I was initially worried about doing everything remotely but they know what they're doing so it wasn't an issue at all. They sent me all the samples required for me to be sure about the size and model I wanted. Why buy a ring from a high street shop who's only motivation is selling when you can buy it from Jacquline&Edward who are concerned about the provenance of the gold, about their clients, about what really matters.

Cannot recommend Jacqueline & Edward highly enough to anybody seeking high quality, well made, ethical jewellery. I approached them to commission a self-designed piece, and they were brilliant! Mark was incredibly knowledgeable in advising how the ring could be realistically made as close to my design as possible, and Richard did a fantastic job making it exactly how I envisaged it! They were even able to incorporate some family jewellery into the ring, and everything else was 100% recycled / reclaimed. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They worked perfectly within our timescales and budget, and produced a superb ring at the end of it. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

So pleased the wedding ring I ordered! I spent a while searching for a ring that was ethically made, simple, but not completely plain. I wanted a different finish to the ring shown on the website and they were very happy to accommodate that and took the time to ask for more details to ensure I got the ring I wanted.
