It is hard to put in words the joy that we had when we put our wedding rings on, on the ceremony! We are enjoying them every second! But this is now and I want to tell you the full story. My husband’s sister recommend this place to us. We had a call and amazing tour through their working place. After the call we immediately realised that it is exactly what we wanted! We are both living in London but it didn’t make the process complicated. Each ring is special but mine is definitely one of a kind. It was made based on the photo and they helped me to make it perfect and special! We got it right in time! The size was measured with a kit that this company provided and was perfect! Gold is so beautiful and shining! Highly recommended! They are really the best!!!!

We bought our wedding rings from Jacqueline and Edward. We have been very impressed with the service we have received - We opted for the remote sizing service, and a remote engagement ring contouring service, and as a result we have two perfectly sized rings, one of which sits beautifully next to my engagement ring. We also loved that the metals were recycled and significantly better for the environment, and that the rings are handmade. We love our rings and can't wait to wear them.

A browse on the internet to find hammered textured wedding rings lead me to the website of Jacqueline and Edward. Packed full of detailed information this excellent website impressed so much that my partner and I made the trip from Aberdeenshire to Yorkshire to meet up with Mark in the workshop. With a previous working knowledge of jewellery and having made my first gold wedding ring many years ago, the consultation turned out to be a really enjoyable experience and I can’t thank Mark enough for the amount of time he spent with us on a very wet January day. It was a real joy to discuss all things metal and it certainly cemented our decision to have our ethical wedding rings made by Mark and his team. We both chose the Barr hammered finish, yellow gold for my partner and my white gold ring was made to curve round the baguette shaped diamond of my commitment ring. I also chose a platinum plain band to wear as a spacer between two special rings my partner had previously given me. I was especially pleased that our wedding rings were hallmarked in Edinburgh, a nice reminder of my art college days and we were really happy the bands incorporated river gold from the Ochil hills, my territory, and Yorkshire river gold for my “god’s own country” partner. The company’s support for the regeneration of the Caledonian forest and the artisan made ring boxes were really the icing on the cake. This talented team show real attention to detail and their passion for their craft and genuine customer service is second to none and definitely worth its weight in…. As a footnote, our outdoor wedding attended by close family on a gloriously June sunny day by the river Tay was pretty perfect and knowing that we have a bond with other happy couples that have delighted in their choice of ring maker just adds to our beautiful memories. Wow. We chose Jacqueline & Edward for their use of ethical recycled materials. We chose the Wanlock and Glenshee as our wedding rings with some panned Yorkshire Gold incorporated to connect them. I also chose to have a small wren engraved on my ring. We are so happy with our rings and they represent us completely. There was brilliant communication throughout, from the first meeting with Mark in his workshop where we clearly saw how passionate he is about the process, to the support we recieved when choosing the right wren design for the ring. I can't recommend this company enough!

Our rings looked absolutely fantastic. The detail and meaning behind them were frequently commented on and we really couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. From first contacting Mark to the creation of the engagement ring, the workshop visits, the design meetings for our wedding rings, right up to the moment we placed the rings on each other’s fingers the whole process has was a joy to go through. I first found Jacqueline & Edward when my now-husband and I were looking for our wedding bands. We wanted simple and meaningful, and fell in love with the idea of incorporating gold sourced from places that were special to our lives together. I really admire the principles Jacqueline & Edward believe in, and their care really shows in their work. They made sure we had our bands in time for our hastily re-scheduled pandemic ceremony, and later that I had a gold chain to keep my ring safe during my pregnancy. More recently they have carried out some repair work too, always responsive, friendly and helpful. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, they have a life-time customer in our family. Hand crafted a beautiful, bespoke, ethical engagement ring for us. We went to visit to see the process and Mark couldn't have been more friendly to talk us through the process and examples of rings currently being made. He listened to everything we wanted and guided where needed when our lack of knowledge was showing! I would highly recommend visiting them to see the process and understand everything they do.

There aren't enough stars to leave on this review, our experience with Jacqueline and Edward has been wonderful throughout. I cannot recommend them enough. I originally came to Jacqueline and Edward, looking for an engagement ring for my partner, Maria. Mark was excellent at offering advice and guiding me throughout the process, and his enthusiasm shone through above everything else. I visited the shop in person, to finalise the diamond selection, and I would highly recommend this. Mark's enthusiasm in showing me around the workshop, and explaining how they make their jewelry from start to finish really shone through. I didn't feel like just a customer, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to find me the perfect ring and diamond combination. Maria and I being so thrilled with the engagement ring didn't even have to think twice about coming back for our wedding rings. We again went to the workshop to have a consultation for our rings, with James, and he was brilliant in walking us through the process. He very clearly explained the different options that we could have, and gave great advice when we were unsure. We are so grateful for everyone at Jacqueline and Edward who helped with Maria's engagement ring, and our wedding rings. We cannot wait until our wedding later next year when we can finally wear them!
