Wow! When we started looking for our dream wedding bands, it seemed like a pipe dream until we stumbled upon Jacqueline & Edward. From the very first inquiry, Mark was absolutely amazing helping us through the process, and patiently responded to all of our (many!) emails. We used one of their ring designs as a jumping off point, but with a few modifications. To make sure the rings were absolutelythe right fit, they sent us a box of plastic rings to make sure that we picked the right size which is an amazing idea as we could wear them around for day to make sure they were the perfect fit (turns out my engagement ring is a few sizes too big! That's what happens when you quickly try on an awkward ring sizer after a brisk walk on a hot day ...). Stellar service, affordable, ethically sourced and most importantly; just drop dead gorgeous final product. I'm so happy that we've been able to tie such a pleasant experience to something we'll carry with us every day. Thank you so much for your wonderful work! I was looking for an ethical wedding ring and found this company selling recycled platinum wedding rings. Mark was very responsive and helpful with my questions, and working within the tight deadline I'd imposed on him. I was sometimes getting replies to emails within minutes. I was very impressed with the service, even receiving the ring before my deadline! The ring itself (5mm court profile 'Lochy' ring) is excellent, you can really feel the quality of it. There's a nice weight to it without it being heavy. I can't wait to be able to start wearing it, and I say that as someone who doesn't wear any jewellery at all. Highly recommended!

Absolutely gorgeous ring! The 18kt gold shines so and the workmanship is excellent! Bit of a delay due to pandemic but well worth the wait! My fiancée’s sister discovered Jacqueline & Edward on Etsy and the company’s ethic was the perfect fit for us. We commissioned Mark to make our engagement ring and wedding bands. Mark was receptive and enthusiastic about our ideas, and guided us through the design intricacies. We supplied our own (minuscule) diamonds from family heirlooms and he incorporated these with other recycled stones in the final design. We met and live in Scotland, but come from Poland and New Zealand. Mark included hand-panned river gold from both countries in combination with Scottish and recycled gold in all three rings. This unique combination makes the rings uniquely ours. We loved that Mark undertook field research to support the engagement ring design - it made us feel connected and valued. He was communicative and answered all our questions, as well as sharing photos of the creation process. Mark’s passion and dedication to his craft is evident and greatly appreciated. Despite having to cancel our wedding due to Covid-19 restrictions, Mark ensured we received the rings by special delivery post and this brought us great joy during lockdown. We were looking for handmade and ethical wedding rings and could not have found better! We met Mark who explained to us the whole process of ring making, from finding the gold to making the rings in his atelier. We ended up with gold from Scotland and the loveliest matching wedding rings – received in a nice wooden box. We love how passionate Mark is and how well he helped and guided us. We received 3D prints of our rings to be sure about the sizes (even though sizing was made in his atelier). Jacqueline and Mark really care about their client and work. Our experience with them was really nice and we totally recommend them! Thank you again for everything!
