We had our wedding bands done here. Really happy with the service we received. They went through it with us with lots of customisable options and gave us a tour of the shop where they make the rings. They even included some local panned gold for us. No pushy sales or anything of the sort. Rings are really high quality and looking forward to wearing them.

We came across these artisan jewellers by chance and were delighted with the experience of designing and having made our engagement and wedding rings. So much more personal than visiting a high street shop. One of the things we really enjoyed was just how enthusiastic each craftsman we met was with his craft and it was wonderful to talk about the design, adjust it during a long discussion and then understand something of the process of bringing it to life. So pkeased were we that we also had some older family pieces restored to wearable condition. Work was done in the time promised (although tight for Xmas) and pricing was very fair snd good value.

Buying something like a ring is going to be difficult (for many people, people like me, at least). Aside from the design of the rings produced by 'Jacqueline & Edward' (you either like the design or you don't - I did, obviously), the really good thing I got from my experience with them was the quality of service. The ring-fitting service (a two-stage process) was excellent and ensured that the rings that were made were both a perfect fit, but more than that, the company's attentiveness to e-mail correspondence, the depth and detail of their responses was always absolutely excellent. The company endeavoured to keep me informed at every stage in the process and at no point did I feel uncertain of the decisions I needed to make. This was really important, because, as I said in the first line of this review - buying something like a ring is quite a significant decision for many of us, and that the company were as supportive as they were actually made a significant difference to me. If you're reading this review because you're unsure about 'pressing the button' to set your purchase in motion, the only helpful thing I can really say is that, if my experience was typical (and I have no reason to think that it wasn't), then just press the button. I feel at this point I should make a weak pun about around the theme of 'being in good hands' - but I really don't think that the company needs it. If you like their designs, they just go ahead and do it with the confidence that you'll be dealing with decent people doing a decent thing.

Having gone through the process with Jacqueline & Edward I can honestly say it was the most perfect, professional and attentive service I have ever received for a product. The ring is absolutely incredible, my now fiancee was in love with the ring from the moment she saw it and that was all made possible from the diligent and clear process that Jacqueline, Mark and the team took me through. They made it very straightforward, talked me through every step and catered to all of my needs and timeframes. I could not be happier with the outcome.
